We have dedicated ourselves to creating and upholding a strong safety program. Our program consists of continuous education and training for our people and ensuring that every project is thoroughly evaluated via our Job Hazard Assessment (JHA) process.

We’re proud to be an accredited Certificate of Recognition (COR) company, which recognizes us for complying with the Alberta Construction Safety Association (ACSA), WCB and the Alberta Government.

Technology is only part of the big picture. We want our clients to have a high-quality and stress-free experience. We ask our people to deliver this, making sure our clients are consistently engaged and informed.

We take stewardship of every project, and our team goes beyond providing outstanding service, working to create a frictionless experience for clients through each moment of their journey.

The client experience begins at first contact, whether responding to a project, an online or phone inquiry, or an RFP. After gathering the initial information, we put together a team of people with the right skills and knowledge, drawing on expertise across the company. From there, we discuss whether we can meet the client’s expectations — do we have the experience, ability and resources to meet their needs?

Next, we evaluate the project to find unique opportunities where we might be able to make it more sustainable, safe, inclusive and resilient. This is where the knowledge and experience of our people can have a resounding impact on our clients.

As an engineering firm, we know about new products, techniques and equipment that may make a major difference to clients. We can also speak to how our solutions will positively impact the people they serve.

Once a project is complete, we meet internally to debrief and then meet with the client to discuss the project outcome and a Net Promoter Score survey to find out how we can improve.
