The Genesis Land Development Corporation is working with Williams to prepare a 49.2 ha parcel of land west of Edmonton for new industrial and commercial development.

This area is currently a hotbed of construction and expansion. The quarter section to the southeast and the half section to the west are also being developed by separate firms. All three parties had to work together to establish the alignment of an arterial roadway that connects the three current development, as well as future developments to the west.
Our firm provided civil engineering services, including complete infrastructure services such as an underground sanitary and water system; overland drainage, utilizing two stormwater facilities to meet land elevation and contour constraints; and shallow utilities including underground power, gas, and telecommunication services.
