Rutherford Heights is a $14.5 million retirement residence recently completed in Edmonton, Alberta. Carefully designed to modern tastes, the new Rutherford Retirement Residence offers 170 first-class suites in a variety of layouts, plus a full range of services including a theatre, spa, workout gym, and internet lounge.

Williams provided geotechnical, structural, mechanical, and electrical consulting engineering services to complete the construction of the Rutherford Heights 44-bed, two-storey assisted living residence and a new 110 unit, four-storey, independent living residence.
