Dietrich Pajonk brings a diverse background of skills and experience to his new role as Construction Administrator at Williams Engineering. As a journeyman plumber and B-gas fitter working in the field, then respectively working as a Project Coordinator, he has gained a deep practical understanding of the challenges of installing mechanical systems in new construction developments, from project planning to on site execution. Prior to his plumbing career, Dietrich developed his business credentials as an ISO Certified business owner, marketing expert, and graphic designer — bringing a multi-faceted perspective to his new role.
Throughout his career, Dietrich has embodied a philosophy of, “consistency brings predictable results,” as demonstrated by his notable achievements, such as conducting an internal communication and document control analysis and writing the New Employee Orientation Handbook for his previous employer, as well as building the Quality Management System and Standard Operating Procedures to meet the requirements of ISO Certification for his previous medical device manufacturing business.
In his spare time, Dietrich plays bass for an up-tempo dance cover band, sings baritone in a contemporary community choir, enjoys gardening, making garden wines & gourmet preserves, and woodworking.
