Located in the vibrant heart of Langley City, British Columbia, the Rossbrin Townhomes by Kerr Properties uniquely combines classically timeless architecture with modern design in this spacious multi-family development. Williams Engineering (WE) provided the mechanical consulting engineering services for this project that was designed to comply with ASHRAE 90.1 2010. Plumbing services designs for plumbing fixtures and roof drainage requirements, heating and ventilation design and performance-based specifications for the sprinkler systems were provided by WE, along with a mechanical motor list. The suite ventilation was designed with a central recirculation system and units are all heated by electric baseboard heat. In addition, WE conducted mechanical site reviews to confirm conformity with the contract documents and design.
