Located in the southeast community of Seton in Calgary, Alberta, Seton Park Place II is a collection of three, four-storey wood-framed residential buildings. South Health Campus, the YMCA, public library, several schools and an abundance of dining, shopping and services can be found next to the development in the Seton Urban District. Seton Park Place II offers condo and townhome units with a variety of layouts available ranging from 600 – 1000 square feet.
Williams Engineering (WE) provided building envelope consulting engineering services for Seton Park Place II. A written report was completed detailing WE’s comments and recommendations following a review of the building envelope and roofing detail drawings, specifications, and shop drawings. Site reviews were provided during construction of the building to review the building envelope, roofing, and foundation waterproofing details and identify any deficiencies. A one-year review was completed by WE to accurately evaluate the condition and performance of the building envelope components.
