Lincoln Living is Langley’s newest luxury rental building featuring 92 units ranging from one to three bedrooms and one level of underground parking space. A large central courtyard invites residents in with communal BBQs, and an additional amenity room offers space to host events and functions, complete with a full kitchen and coffee station. Lincoln Living also features a fully equipped fitness facility, media room and secure dog run.
Williams Engineering (WE) provided the mechanical and electrical engineering consulting services for this residential development. Domestic hot water is provided by central gas-fired water heaters with distribution and recirculation piping. The apartments are heated using electric baseboards only, and HRVs are used for washroom exhaust and ventilation. Ventilation for the corridor and common areas is provided by gas-fired roof-mounted makeup air units. WE’s electrical designs include working drawings for the power, communications, lighting and life safety systems. The main power distribution systems, exterior amenity area lighting and parkade lighting were included in WE’s electrical design drawings in addition to electric vehicle (EV) charging station rough-ins.
