Christopher Wright, P.Eng., MASA

Engineering Manager | Building Science | Vancouver

Christopher has training in both engineering and architecture and has practiced in building science for over 23 years. His experience ranges from low‐rise and multi‐storey construction for existing and new buildings in residential, institutional and commercial sectors. Chris’s consulting value is derived from a combination of forensic analysis of envelope failures of existing buildings, knowledge of hydrothermal theory and computer simulations, construction contract administration, and a systems-based knowledge of AutoCAD standards and master specifications. Clear, hand-drawn detailing at a moment’s notice, and many unique, proprietary ‘master’ libraries and databases of products enables consistent and rapid response to the changing demands of projects under construction. He emphasizes multi‐trade mock‐ups and disclosure / tracking of budgets for client‐based control.
