Courtney joined Williams Engineering in 2015 and brings 12+ years of HR experience. Courtney’s responsibilities include full-scope generalist HR support, supporting the Corporate and Regional offices in fulfilling the strategic plan, and providing mentorship and training to junior HR team members. In her spare time she enjoys staying active, home design/decorating, and time in nature.
