Williams Engineering Canada is an industry leader in the adoption of Building Information Modeling (BIM). As a multi disciplinary consulting engineering firm, Williams Engineering uses BIM technology to deliver detailed and integrated three dimensional building solutions to our valued clients across Canada and around the world.

Since 2008, Williams Engineering has used BIM to complete construction and renovation projects representing a total construction value of more than $400 million. Our projects range in size from 5,000 to 250,000 square feet, and from simple facilities such as warehouses, to complex structures including laboratories and industrial plants. Our BIM design services and capabilities include:

Our BIM Project Execution Plan is designed to help owners save time and money. A comprehensive three-dimensional building model can help design professionals anticipate and avoid costly construction issues, and help ensure that the entire project team clearly understands the design intent.

Our design teams use state-of-the-art technology and software such as Autodesk® Revit and NavisWorks to collaborate in real-time, from early concept development, through detailed design, and during construction.
