The gross floor area is approximately 53,136 square feet, with six commercial retail units, a lobby, storage, office, and pet wash on the first level. There are 48 residential suites throughout the building, 14,500 square feet of covered parking garage space and an 8,660 square foot community deck and garden. WE’s building science team provided a written report with recommendations and comments on the building envelope and roofing systems reviewed on drawings and specifications provided by the architect. Building envelope and roofing system site reviews were conducted by WE during construction to visually review critical building envelope details and roofing components and ensure construction was completed with conformity to the design.
