Williams Engineering (WE) worked closely with Homes by Avi to provide the building envelope consulting engineering services for the Bungalows at Livingston. These services included a review of the building envelope and roofing detail drawings and specifications to address any potential revisions required to improve the building envelope. Site reviews were completed during construction to ensure critical building envelope, roofing system and foundation waterproofing components were constructed appropriately, and any onsite deficiencies were promptly corrected.
