Williams Engineering (WE) provided the mechanical engineering consulting for the integrated RCMP and Municipal Enforcement detachment. Our team provided designs for the plumbing, which included the included the selection of fixtures, risers and chasers, schematics, and riser diagrams. We also provided designs for the HVAC systems, which included the calculation of ventilation rates, preparation of schematics, sizing and locating air handling equipment. The project was designed in Revit and demonstrated that 3D modeling can be successfully used to achieve construction success.
This new protective services building helps support the Town of Cochrane in their goal of developing more services and spaces that achieve an improved sense of community.
