Kings Landing by Dawson + Sawyer is a newly constructed collection of townhomes and condominiums located just five minutes south of Surrey City Centre in British Columbia. The development is broken out into two phases, the first consisting of four storey, wood-framed condominium with 74 residential units. The second phase includes a six-storey, wood-framed condominium building featuring 112 units. There are also a total of 382 townhomes between the two phases.
Williams Engineering (WE) provided mechanical consulting engineering services for this development which included Heating, Ventilation, & Plumbing system designs. The heating system for the residential units consisted of electric base board heat, and the ventilation system consisted of passive air intakes and a continuously running exhaust fan to achieve the requirements of Part 9.32 of the BCBC building code.
