This project entailed prime consulting, project management, structural, mechanical and electrical engineering consulting services for tenant improvement at the Petro-Canada – Schonsee, in Edmonton, Alberta.
This building required the tenant improvement of 980 sq. ft. of an existing 3,749 sq. ft. Petro-Canada convenience store. Design services provided included pilings/footings, grade beams, foundation walls, floors (grade-supported or structural), and exterior canopies and walls by the structural team, HVAC and site services by the mechanical team and lighting system design by the electrical team.
Williams Engineering’s multi-disciplinary and experienced approach enabled us to effectively meet the tight two-month construction timeline while keeping the project carefully aligned within the approved budget.
