Williams Engineering (WE) performed as the Building Envelope consultants during the construction phase of this 10-building project. The complex is comprised of seven townhomes and three stacked loft buildings seated on concrete slabs. A review of the building envelope and roofing detail drawings was provided by WE, complete with a written report describing recommendations and comments relative to the buildings’ design. During construction, WE provided building envelope and roofing site reviews detailing critical components of the progress made on-site and ensuring any observed deficiencies were promptly tended to.
