Started his electrical career in M.E LaZerte high school in the Next Generation Apprenticeship Program. In 1997, he joined Territorial Electric. In 2007 armed with thousands of hours of hands-on electrical and with the support of his family, he started Mexx-Lighting, focused on European lighting design. His career transitioned him into the specification world which lead him to Williams Engineering.

Daveed enjoys his time off with his three beautiful daughters and wife to partake in Disney films or having street tacos and feeding his soul with great conversation with a friend.
