Jason Shesky, P.Eng., MBA

Jay is a Professional Engineer licensed in Alberta with a background in structural engineering. He also has an MBA from the University of Alberta.

Jay has over 20 years of diverse business experience, where he has honed his technical, operational management and leadership skills. Prior to joining the leadership team at Williams, he spent 15-plus years owning and operating a business in Alberta, growing from a single location to five over the course of 12 years. He strongly believes in continuous professional and personal development for his teams.

Jay was born and raised in Edmonton and continues to call Edmonton home. He enjoys spending time with his family and cycling in and around Edmonton. He is passionate about giving back to his community with volunteer work in youth sports organizations as a coach, director and active board member.
