Kim started her career in finance with an international brokerage firm; she then worked with a local accounting firm that managed various rental properties. In October 2005, she took her accounting and construction knowledge and joined a small engineering firm that would eventually become the Abbotsford Williams Engineering office in January of 2013.
Kim enjoys renovating houses with her husband and travelling to new places. Her favourite places so far have been the rainforests of Costa Rica and the ancient ruins in Rome. She also travelled to Vietnam, Cambodia and Malaysia in 2016. Kim has a secret passion for zip lining, which she has done in Alaska, Costa Rica, Honduras and Mexico.
