The African Canadian Civic Engagement Council (ACCEC) and Edmonton based engineering firm, Williams Engineering (WE), have partnered to bring youth a unique opportunity to learn about S.T.E.A.M. (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Math), discuss real-world projects, and form connections in the community.
The Maarifa S.T.E.A.M. Program is a dynamic development program designed for individuals from age 14 and up and will ignite curiosity, build skills, and grow potential! The series of modules will take place at the Timbuktu Innovation Hub in Edmonton, Alberta – a space dedicated to collaboration, innovation and empowering future leaders.
