National Bank at Manulife Place – Tenant Improvement
National Bank (formerly CWB) recently relocated their headquarters into a newly developed office tower in Manulife Place, a prime location in downtown Edmonton. Williams Engineering (WE) was retained to provide mechanical and electrical consulting engineering services as part of Kasian Architecture Interior Design & Planning’s Prime Design Consultant team.
Railtown on the Park – Balcony Rehabilitation
Williams Engineering was retained to provide a full condition assessment of all balconies at the Railtown on the Park condominium complex in Edmonton, Alberta. Based on the findings, WE were brought on to provide detailed design and construction administration services to support a complete balcony restoration program, including structural repairs and full replacement of the vinyl waterproofing membranes.
The Loft
Located on the west end of downtown Calgary, The Loft is an office to residential project converting 52,550 square feet of commercial office space into 55 residential units. This project was approved for funding by the City of Calgary’s Downtown Development Incentive Program in 2023.
Frontier – Building Envelope Review
Frontier is a newly built, premium condo complex in the beautiful Kensington, Calgary. Williams Engineering was retained to provide the building envelope engineering consulting services during construction of the Frontier complex.
Glacier Ridge – Multi-Family Development
Glacier Ridge is a brand-new community in the northern quadrant of Calgary, Alberta. Williams Engineering (WE) is providing the building envelope and energy modelling consulting engineering services for Phase 4 of the Glacier Ridge Multifamily development.
Creekview Park – Multi-Family Development
The Creekview Park Multi-Family project is a new development, currently under construction located in SW Calgary, Alberta. The project will be comprised of three, 4-storey, wood-framed low-rise buildings containing a total of 188 residential units.
O’Byrne’s Irish Pub
The popular O’Byrnes Irish Pub has opened its second location in Edmonton, AB, in the MNP Tower. The new 5,278 sq. ft. space features seating for 180 guests indoors and an additional 90 on the patio, enhancing the area’s growing hospitality scene. WE provided the electrical and mechanical consulting engineering services to support the design and fit-out of the new tenant space.
Hopehill Affordable Housing – Rupert Redevelopment
This redevelopment project consists of a complete rebuild of the Hopehill Rupert building with additional independent living units. This will allow for an expansion of services to include resident support services, accessible shopping for seniors with reduced mobility, and community space.
Linea – Building Envelope Review

New Opportunities for Women (NOW) Canada Women’s Shelter
Williams Engineering was retained by NOW Canada to provide the building envelope consulting services for the new NOW Canada Women’s Shelter in Kelowna, BC.
Tennyson Apartments Retrofit
Tennyson Apartments are located in Terra Losa, Edmonton. WE performed Prime Consulting services, reviewed the design-build engineering documents, including plans and specifications, and acted as the owner’s representative to ensure the design achieved the retrofit objectives.
