SMART Technologies Inc.
The project for SMART Technologies Inc. involved the research, design, and manufacturing of telecommunications equipment. Williams Engineering (WE) worked with GEC Architecture on this 27,000 m2 complex at the University of Calgary Research Park.
Smashburger
Williams Engineering (WE) partnered with CMA Architecture on build a new Smashburger facility located in the McKenzie Towne Centre neighbourhood in Calgary, Alberta. WE provided mechanical and electrical consulting engineering services to renovate the existing space into the franchise restaurant.
St. John’s Tenth Street
St. John’s Tenth Street is a new mixed-use, eight-story, 95-unit high rise, which includes street-level retail space. The building is located in the sought-after community of Kensington, which is within walking distance of Calgary’s downtown.
Triton Centre
Triton Centre is a two-storey mixed-use commercial and retail building measuring 55,319 square feet with on-grade parking. Both spaces were subdivided into smaller units allowing for several tenants to utilize the building.
