Williams Engineering (WE) performed as Building Envelope consultants, conducting an initial review on the building envelope and roofing detail drawings provided by Casola Koppe Architecture and providing recommendations for additional and improved details. Our team also prepared and distributed building envelope, foundation waterproofing and roofing system site reviews and reports during the construction of the buildings that included recommendations and observations related to construction details. In addition, WE attended various onsite meetings throughout the construction of Emerald Sky to thoroughly discuss constructability, critical building envelope details or concerns and sequencing.
