Evanston Park consists of six blocks of townhomes located in the newly constructed community of Evanston in Calgary, Alberta. One of Calgary’s most notable up-and-coming communities, Evanston offers plenty of pathways and greenspace in addition to its proximity to the northwest’s abundance of amenities. Phase One of this complex includes three six-plex banks, one four-plex bank, one five-plex bank and one nine-plex bank. Each townhome is two storeys with a one-level basement.
Williams Engineering (WE) provided building envelope engineering services for this project including design review and consulting detail mock-up reviews and building envelope commissioning testing. Site reviews of the foundation waterproofing, exterior wall systems, window systems and roofing systems were also provided. Our team worked closely with the developer, project designers, contractors and sub-contractors to achieve the most constructible, cost-effective and durable building envelope possible with the materials chosen.
