The Petro-Canada on Old Banff Coach Road in Calgary, Alberta required a facility refresh of 302 sq. ft. of an existing 2,615 sq. ft. Petro-Canada convenience store, for the A & W restaurant located inside.
Williams Engineering (WE) provided prime consulting, project management, structural, mechanical and electrical engineering consulting services for this development. Some of the challenges that faced WE were the need to keep the gas station, convenience store and carwash fully operational during the tenant improvement, as well as meeting A & W’s corporate mandate of only have two months for a construction time line.
WE worked with an integrated team of Suncor, Architect, A & W design team and construction team to ensure that the project was carried out on time, on budget and with consideration to keeping day to day operations throughout construction.
