This project consisted of a tenant improvement of 980 sq. ft. of an existing 3,749 sq. ft. Petro-Canada convenience store and Tim Hortons in St. Albert, Alberta. Williams Engineering (WE) served as the Prime Consultant on this multi-disciplinary project requiring project management, structural, mechanical and electrical engineering consulting services.
WE’s project team performed a comprehensive review of all existing services, provided designs for site services (power, transformers, telephone service, HVAC, structural systems), lighting systems, auxiliary power, emergency systems, communications systems, and the security system.
Our team was able to stay within the short construction schedule of this project, finding these challenges to be rewarding and gratifying. WE is pleased to have been an integral part of this project with Suncor.
