Located across the street from Cross Iron Mills Mall in Balzac, Alberta, Williams Engineering (WE) was pleased to partner with Suncor, the Architect, A & W Design Team and the Construction Team to provide prime consulting, project management, structural, mechanical and electrical engineering consulting services for this Petro-Canada and A & W location.
This project required the tenant improvement of 340 sq. ft. of an existing 2,615 sq. ft. Petro-Canada convenience store. With a challenging construction timeline of only two months, WE was able to coordinate services and communicate proactively to complete the facility on time while maintaining operations as normal throughout the duration of construction.
WE is pleased to have completed this project within budget and schedule while collaborating with a close team. No two projects are the same, but using the same contractors has proven to ensure consistency and overall success of Petro Canada projects across Alberta.
