Williams Engineering (WE) provided mechanical engineering consulting services for the construction of Telford Mews. Mechanical designs for the schematic design, design development, working drawings and construction services were completed by WE over the two-year project schedule. Plumbing systems included the selection of fixtures, risers and chasers, schematics and riser diagrams. Designs for the heating and ventilation systems were provided and included calculating ventilation rates, piping schematics, sizing and locations of the required air handling equipment. WE’s mechanical designs were closely coordinated with the project’s pool and kitchen consultants.
