Chad has gained experience in a broad spectrum of building types but specializes in high-performance mechanical system designs for sustainable building projects. Chad is dedicated to his role as Team Lead Mechanical and works closely with clients to develop technical solutions that achieve energy and operating savings, ensure occupant comfort and create operating improvements.

Some of his projects include the Capitol Theatre at Fort Edmonton Park, Jasper Place Library, Varscona Theatre and Millwoods Branch Library.
