Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update

March 17, 2020

As engineers, we pride ourselves on providing answers to our customers’ most difficult and complicated issues. We are problem solvers, innovators and a collective group of people that are inspired to come together to create solutions that help develop resilient, safe and sustainable cities. During this time of uncertainty, it is vital for all of us to stay focused on what’s important.

We continue to monitor the situation with COVID-19 in all of the cities in which we operate and around the world. Like many of our customers, we are doing everything we can to minimize risk while remaining fully operational.

The safety of our people, community, and customers remains to be our top priority. As a company, we have taken the following steps to ensure that our people are safe, our customers are served and that we continue to contribute to the health and well-being of our communities.

For Our Customers and Partners

  • We are committed to ensuring our teams can provide you with our professional services, as well as the exceptional experience that you have come to expect from us.  We will continue to work and meet with you using phone and video conferencing applications such as Microsoft Teams, Skype and other collaborative programs.
  • Our teammates will remain in close communication with all our customers and partners while keeping you informed of the activities with your projects.
  • We will continue to examine, adjust and adapt our plans as events revolving around COVID-19 continue to unfold to ensure your needs are met.

For Our People and Community

  • We have taken the appropriate measures based on the recommendations made by local health authorities to ensure that our offices are safe in order to protect the health of our people and the community.
  • We have suspended travel between our offices and are limiting travel to our customers’ respective locations. Site visits are still occurring unless otherwise specified by our customers or by various levels of government.
  • Most of our people are now working remotely while we limit the amount of in-office personnel to allow for social distancing.
  • We immediately applied consistent self-isolation requirements in the event any of our people become ill or are potentially exposed to others that have become ill.

As leaders in our industry, we believe it’s our responsibility to do our part to help limit the spread of COVID-19. We will remain steady with our plan to protect our people and how we go about providing services to our customers while allowing ourselves to be agile as this situation continues to evolve.  Please do not hesitate to contact us using any of our main telephone numbers or general email addresses or by reaching out to someone you are working with directly at our company. We will continue to post updates on our website and social media profiles.

Thank you for your continued partnership and support.
