The Loft
Located on the west end of downtown Calgary, The Loft is an office to residential project converting 52,550 square feet of commercial office space into 55 residential units. This project was approved for funding by the City of Calgary’s Downtown Development Incentive Program in 2023.

Foothills Country Hospice Expansion
Foothills Country Hospice is a care facility that provides bereavement support and grief counseling. Spanning 13,500 square feet, the hospice is situated 1.5 km north of Okotoks on an 8-acre property, offering stunning views of the mountains. This project involves the construction of a two-story wood-frame building to expand the available residential hospice space.
Onward Homes – CMHC Retrofit Program Energy Audits
Williams Engineering is completing Building Condition Assessments (BCA) and ASHRAE level 3 energy audits on 6 of the Onward Homes buildings.
