Williams Engineering (WE) is currently providing the building envelope consulting engineering services for this new construction project. The six-storey wood-framed building includes a commercial retail unit on the first level, totaling fifteen residential units through levels two to six. The building also features a covered parking garage at grade level. Reviews of the building envelope and roofing detail drawings and specifications will be completed, with a report outlining recommendations and comments on the building envelope and roofing systems. Site reviews will be completed during construction to ensure proper installation and progress is observed on site.
