Williams Engineering (WE) provided mechanical and electrical engineering consulting services for the construction of the 2,850 square foot single-storey, wood-framed facility that completed construction in 2018. HVAC and plumbing service design for all fixtures was provided by WE’s mechanical team, with domestic hot water being provided to the building from a central natural gas hot water tank with recirculation. Individually controlled exhaust fans were used to provide ventilation to the facility’s washrooms, change rooms and utility spaces with ducting routed to the building’s exterior. Electrical designs for power, communications, lighting and life safety systems were provided in addition to the power distribution system.
As the centrepiece of the community, the Aquadel Crossing Clubhouse invites residents in with a warm exterior and thoughtfully designed spaces for gathering with friends and family. The Clubhouse enhances the community of Aquadel Crossing by providing many sought-after amenities and beautifully landscaped outdoor spaces to enjoy in this resort-inspired neighbourhood.
