Williams Engineering (WE) provided the mechanical engineering consulting services for the design, working drawings and construction administration for this building. The plumbing systems include domestic hot water for the residential levels, which is provided by a central domestic water system. Designs were provided for heating and ventilation systems in addition to plumbing service designs for all residential plumbing fixtures and roof drainage. Residential suites are heated by radiant hot water floors, and low-temperature hot water baseboards with heating generated y a central District Energy Plant with an energy transfer station.
