Williams Engineering (WE) provided mechanical consulting engineering services for the design and working drawings of this residential project. Plumbing systems, including drainage and water distribution, heating and ventilation systems, and roof drainage systems, were designed by WE’s mechanical team. The homes are heated using electric baseboard heat and ventilated with a central recirculation ventilation system to meet BC Building Code requirements. All designs provided by WE comply with ASHRAE 90.1 2010, which includes a thorough review of the thermal performance requirements of the exterior wall assemblies.
