Harvest Pointe Retail Site

As a direct result of our longstanding relationship with Suncor, Williams Engineering (WE) was retained in 2014 to provide prime consulting, structural, mechanical and electrical engineering consulting services, as well as civil sub-consultant services, for the Harvest Pointe development in Edmonton, Alberta. The development was for a new N3000 building (neighbours convenience store with an A&W integrated) with an 8-channel fuel island and 20M glide car wash. WE was involved from the initial site layout and planning, permitting and through to construction.

Working within the restrictions of the landscape development program posed unique challenges with City permitting. We maximized on our ability to coordinate efficiently, as a direct result of utilizing our in-house multi-discipline team and leveraging our existing relationships with our subconsultants and Suncor, to successfully navigate through the developments shifting priorities and
unique requirements.

Following the successful execution of this project and given our continued relationship with Suncor, WE is proud to have become Suncor’s exclusive consulting engineer for work in Western Canada.
