Williams Engineering (WE) is currently providing mechanical consulting engineering services for this new 49,000 square-foot development. The HVAC design includes heating, cooling and HRV/ERV systems for the residential suites and ductwork for the bathroom, kitchen exhaust and ventilation air. Designs for the building’s plumbing system include a domestic hot and cold-water distribution system, sanitary systems, foundation footing drainage systems and a storm system for roof, landscape and parkade drainage. Schematic designs are included for the sprinkler system, standpipe and fire hose valve. Construction administration services are also being completed by WE, including site visits during construction, reviews of mechanical equipment shop drawings, and letters of assurance for building permit submission and building occupancy.
