The newest addition to the award-winning master-planned community of Seton in Calgary’s southeast, Seton Park Place III is a collection of two wood-framed condominium buildings seated on a single-level underground parkade. Williams Engineering (WE) provided the building envelope and sustainability consulting engineering services for this project. These services included a review of the architectural drawings and specifications package to identify any recommendations or comments regarding the building envelope and roofing system. Site reviews during construction were completed to review the construction and installation of building envelope elements, the roofing system, and the foundation waterproofing. Energy modelling was completed by WE’s sustainability team to provide a whole-building energy performance path as required by the NECB.
