Williams Engineering (WE) provided mechanical engineering consulting services for this residential development. Domestic hot water is provided by central gas-fired water heaters in each building with distribution and recirculation piping systems. The residential units are heated using electrical baseboards, and ventilation for the common areas is provided by gas-fired roof-mounted makeup air units. Ventilation for the residential suites utilize bathroom exhaust fans and passive intakes through the wills. WE provided basic construction administration services and signed and sealed building permits and construction drawings in addition to BCBC Mechanical Letters of Assurance for the permit submission package.
