Soroptimist (SIV) Redevelopment
Williams Engineering (WE) is providing the electrical consulting services for the Soroptimist (SIV) Redevelopment, located at 13th Street, Vancouver, BC. This project involves a 13-storey redevelopment that offers 135 units, with a combination of compact studios and 1-, 2-, and 3- bedroom units, 47 vehicle parking spaces and 250 bicycle parking space.
NAIT G005A-G011C Lab Reno
Williams Engineering (WE) provided the electrical and mechanical engineering services for this renovation. Modifications and reconfigurations to existing infrastructure that support the abrasive cut-off saws were completed, along with updates to the cabinetry, the existing island area, lighting fixtures and diffusers. Relocation to the gas cylinder and the sink area were also completed.
Aspire Langley
Made possible through the Langley Memorial Hospital Foundation, Aspire is a new 148-unit rental complex for residents aged 55 and over.
