The Petro-Canada on Old Banff Coach Road in Calgary, Alberta required a facility refresh of 302 sq. ft. of an existing 2,615 sq. ft. Petro-Canada convenience store, for the A & W restaurant located inside.
This project consisted of a tenant improvement of 980 sq. ft. of an existing 3,749 sq. ft. Petro-Canada convenience store and Tim Hortons in St. Albert, Alberta.
Located across the street from Cross Iron Mills Mall in Balzac, Alberta, Williams Engineering (WE) was pleased to partner with Suncor, the Architect, A & W Design Team and the Construction Team to provide prime consulting, project management, structural, mechanical and electrical engineering consulting services for this Petro-Canada and A & W location.
WE’s multi-disciplinary project team was able to provide the required design and consulting services to exceed the client’s expectations and fulfill the scope of work accurately and efficiently.
