The new 5,278 sq. ft. space features seating for 180 guests indoors and an additional 90 on the patio, enhancing the area’s growing hospitality scene. WE provided the electrical and mechanical consulting engineering services to support the design and fit-out of the new tenant space.

Relocation to the gas cylinder and the sink area were also completed.
