Fish Creek Calgary Public Library
Williams Engineering (WE) has been working on the Fish Creek Calgary Public Library (FCCPL) since 2007, when WE performed our first Building Envelope Investigation on the facility. This iconic building is a pyramidal-shaped library which first opened in 1985 and consists of three levels and a basement.

Arts Commons
The City of Calgary Recreation, their Civic Partnership Group and Facility Operations all joined together to champion a hybrid Building Condition Assessment (BCA) for the well-known Arts Commons facility located in Calgary, Alberta.
Southridge Emergency Services Building
The South Ridge Emergency Services Building provides space for the local fire department, RCMP, and civic emergency services in Okotoks. The project was a competitive design-build intended to emphasize sustainable design measures that significantly reduce life cycle costs for the Town of Okotoks.
John Fry Sports Park Pavilion
John Fry Sports Park boasts several of the City of Edmonton’s premiere baseball diamonds, as well as providing outdoor park space for multiple other activities. As described by the City of Edmonton, “[the park] is a staffed, world-class, multi-use, ball facility that has hosted numerous World Class and Canadian Championship level events.”
Alexander Street Community
Alexander Street Community at 111 Princess is a BC Housing project located in Vancouver, British Columbia. The non-market housing project consists of 139 units meant for low-income individuals who have mental health issues.

First Place supportive housing, located in Central Vancouver, was built to accommodate those who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless.

Jasper Place Library
After 25 years since its last major renovation, the Jasper Place Library in Edmonton, Alberta, was in need of a fresh new look. The hard facade of faded red and brown bricks had long outgrown this west-end community that has been working so hard to revitalize itself but still maintain its old-style charm and history.
Meadows Community Recreation Centre and Library
The Meadows Community Recreation Centre and Library is a 20,900-square-metre facility which includes an aquatic complex, a twin-sheet ice arena, a gymnasium, a two-level fitness area with an indoor track, community multipurpose rooms, and a 1400-square-metre space for the Edmonton Public Library.
Yellowknife Multiplex
Williams Engineering (WE) provided significant consulting services for the Yellowknife Multiplex, which houses a mixture of gymnasiums, gymnastics facilities, ice arenas, and shower rooms for each activity, totalling 9,523 square metres.
