The Gardens
The Gardens is a luxury development along a 12 acre community garden in South Richmond. It is comprised of 1 ten storey (Dahlia) and 1 eight storey (Calla) mid-rise buildings and three separate townhome units (Jasmine), all built over a common parkade.
BlueSky Victoria
BlueSky Victoria consists of a six storey, and a four storey wood framed with concrete podium of residential rental housing with commercial retail units on the ground floor and 2 levels of underground parkade.
