Williams Engineering (WE) was pleased to provide mechanical engineering consulting services for the design and construction of a thirteen storey, 320 rooms, full service hotel containing both the East Village Hilton Garden Inn and the Homewood Inn and Suites branding with one level of underground parking.

The Gardens is a luxury development along a 12 acre community garden in South Richmond. It is comprised of 1 ten storey (Dahlia) and 1 eight storey (Calla) mid-rise buildings and three separate townhome units (Jasmine), all built over a common parkade.
